Job Description

NextShining is seeking a motivated and ambitious Leadership Development Associate to join our team in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

This position is designed for individuals who want to build strong leadership, communication, management, and business development skills while gaining practical experience across different areas of the organization.

The Leadership Development Associate will work closely with team leaders and management, participate in daily business operations, support team performance, and gradually take on greater responsibilities as they progress within the company.

Responsibilities

• Support managers and team leaders with daily operational activities.
