Welcome to Cisco’s Global Customer Experience (CX) organization, where customer success defines every milestone! This role leads a talented team of Renewal Managers across Mexico and Brazil, partnering with Latin America Sales Leaders, Regional Architecture Specialists, Channel Partners, and Global Operations. Together, our mission is to accelerate recurring revenue growth and empower enterprise organizations across the region to realize the full value of their technology investments. 

Your Impact 

Lead the commercial renewals strategy across Cisco’s two largest Latin American markets, Brazil and Mexico. This leadership role blends disciplined sales execution with predictive CRM analytics to expand Annualized Recurring Revenue (ARR), ensure on-time renewals, and foster long-term customer partnerships.

Key areas of focus include:

• Revenue & Portfolio Growth: Guide the regional renewals team to achieve quarterly booking targets, on-time renewal rates (OTRR), and ARR expansion across software, subscription, and service portfolios.

• Forecast Predictability & Strategic Deals: Oversee regional pipeline governance and operational budgets, actively supporting high-value and complex multi-year enterprise negotiations.

• Data-Driven Strategy: Implement account planning frameworks alongside Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and channel partners to maximize customer lifetime value.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Field Sales Directors and Architecture Teams to drive multi-architecture adoption and seamless customer handoffs.

• Talent Development & Culture: Mentor, coach, and inspire Renewal Managers across Mexico and Brazil, championing an inclusive environment rooted in continuous learning, professional growth, and sales excellence!

Minimum Qualifications 

• 5+ years of leadership experience guiding commercial sales, renewals, or customer success teams within enterprise technology, cloud, or SaaS environments.

• Demonstrated revenue stewardship managing enterprise portfolios ($50M+ ARR/ATR scale) with proven ability in commercial negotiation and deal structuring.

• Strong pipeline governance and forecast cadence management, converting complex opportunities into successful renewals.

• Hands-on proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and CRM analytics platforms to enhance pipeline visibility and team productivity.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) with extensive experience navigating Latin American business ecosystems (based in Mexico). 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Professional working proficiency in Portuguese to engage effectively with Brazilian enterprise customers and regional teams.

• Practical knowledge of Cisco Enterprise Agreements (EAs), software licensing models, and advanced CX service transitions (e.g., Cisco IQ, Signature, CX-EA).

• Experience leading cross-border teams across distinct tax jurisdictions, market dynamics, and partner networks in Mexico and Brazil.

• Familiarity with modern sales intelligence tools, including conversation and predictive intelligence platforms (such as Gong or AI tools).

• Understanding of Cisco’s core architecture domains (Networking, Security, Collaboration, Cloud/Data Center) and the broader customer lifecycle.
