Summary

Shift: 3:30PM IST 

We are seeking an experienced Web Technical Lead to oversee the architecture and multi-quarter roadmap of our marketing websites. This role involves evaluating new technologies, managing web platforms, and optimizing conversion and SEO strategies. The ideal candidate will bring forward proactive proposals to enhance performance and user experience and will be the technical authority across various platforms and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Own the multi-quarter web roadmap, including development, consolidation, and optimization of web assets.
  • Propose enhancements in performance, architecture, and user experience, and prioritize web requests with documented rationale.
  • Evaluate new technologies and platform capabilities, and communicate the web roadmap to the broader marketing team.
  • Serve as technical advisor for the conversion rate optimization program and diagnose funnel drop-offs.
  • Manage technical SEO health, conduct audits, and maintain the technical debt register.
  • Act as the technical authority for the headless WordPress and Next.js stack, and oversee technical vendor relationships.
  • Administer Google Tag Manager and ensure compliance with privacy and consent standards.
  • Write and automate tooling for site-wide audits and consent checks.

Required Skills & Experience

Must have

  • 10+ years in building and running B2B marketing websites, with experience in headless or decoupled CMS environments.
  • Proven experience in technical SEO implementation, including migrations or rebrands.
  • Expertise in WordPress administration, Next.js and React, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong skills in HTML, CSS with Tailwind, and JavaScript for building custom solutions.
  • Experience with privacy and consent concepts, and managing technical vendor relationships.
  • Proficient in Vercel and GitHub deployments and configurations.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work across US and EU time zones.

  • Ownership of a web roadmap with successful initiatives.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS marketing to enterprise buyers.
  • Familiarity with AI search / AEO / GEO and localization platforms.
  • Experience with personalization tooling and accessibility standards.
  • Direct people management experience and relevant certifications.
