We at Coforge are hiring a Senior Developer Lead (22772) with the following skill set.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to software development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Design and implement robust, maintainable, and scalable applications following modern software engineering and architecture principles.
• Review code, establish development best practices, and ensure adherence to engineering standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Drive technical decisions related to application architecture, APIs, integrations, performance, and scalability.
• Identify technical risks and dependencies and implement effective solutions to ensure successful project delivery.
• Mentor developers and contribute to the continuous growth and development of the engineering team.
• Support CI/CD practices, automated testing, deployment processes, and overall software delivery quality.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve development processes and technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in software development, with significant experience in technical leadership roles.
• Strong experience designing and developing enterprise-grade software applications.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, clean code, and scalable system design.
• Strong experience with APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring software engineers.
• Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated testing, and modern DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong English communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with modern full-stack development technologies.
• Experience working with enterprise-scale applications and high-volume systems.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools and practices.
• Experience in leading technical initiatives across multiple teams.
