Lead SAP TAX Consultant

Primary Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain SAP tax functionalities (e.g., FI-Tax, S/4HANA Advanced Compliance Reporting (ACR), eDocument frameworks) ensuring accurate direct, indirect, and statutory tax postings to achieve business goals, including integration points with other SAP modules or other applications, following SAP standard methodologies and Carrier templates
• Support integration of tax engines (e.g., Vertex, Thomson Reuters) where applicable
• Maintain and update SAP local reporting templates in ACR or SAP Group Reporting
• Support external audit processes through data extraction, reconciliations, and documentation
• Develop standardized reporting packages based on local requirements
• Configure and support CO master data and modules, cost center, profit center, internal orders, profitability analysis and product cost controlling
• Ensure accurate mapping between financial reporting and controlling structures.

Experience:

• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in information technology and/or responsibilities within CFIN, Finance a related area of business.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven, hands-on experience in SAP- CFIN Finance Tax project delivery or support
• S4/HANA finance, controlling and asset management knowledge.
• Results orientation, striving to bolster personal and team results.
• Effective interpersonal, teamwork and collaboration skills
• Open and able to work in culturally diverse environment.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in consultancy.
• “Agile-development” mindset with customer-focus.
