Job Description Summary

Help lead the nationally recognized Radiation Oncology team at VHC Health, where clinical excellence, advanced technology, and compassionate care come together to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. As part of a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary cancer program, Radiation Therapists work alongside radiation oncologists, nurses, dosimetrists, physicists, and support services professionals to provide individualized treatment for patients throughout their cancer journey. Our therapists utilize leading-edge technologies, including IMRT, IGRT, SRS, SBRT, CyberKnife, and CT simulation, while caring for approximately 20–35 patients each day. Job Description

Purpose & Scope: 

Under general supervision is responsible for all aspects of technical and clinical duties in Radiation Oncology Department.

Education: 

Associate's degree in radiological procedure is required.

 

Experience: 

Five years of experience in radiation therapy is preferred.

 

Certification/Licensure: 

Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiation Therapy is required.

CT registration to be obtained within 12 months.
