Lead MIS Executive

The Lead MIS Executive will play a pivotal role in our organization, overseeing the Management Information Systems (MIS) function within the CLM Domestic BFSI | Manpower - Back office department. This role demands strong leadership skills to guide and mentor a team of MIS professionals, ensuring the accurate collection, analysis, and interpretation of data. The executive will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient MIS processes, utilizing advanced analytics to provide valuable insights for strategic planning and decision-making.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in MIS leadership roles, preferably in the BFSI industry.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a proven track record of guiding and developing teams.
• Expertise in data analysis, interpretation, and presentation, with a deep understanding of advanced analytics techniques.
• Proficiency in MIS software and tools, including database management systems and reporting platforms.
