Job's mission

At ASM, digital transformation plays a critical role in enabling innovation, operational excellence, and business growth. As a Lead, IT Business Delivery, you will lead the governance, planning, and coordination of strategic technology initiatives across our global business application portfolio.
 
Working closely with business leaders, technology teams, and external partners, you will ensure our programs deliver measurable value while maintaining strong governance, financial discipline, and execution excellence. Your ability to bring people together, manage complexity, and drive informed decisions will help shape the future of ASM's digital landscape.

What you will be working on

Program Governance & Portfolio Management

  • Lead governance activities across ASM's digital transformation and business application initiatives.
  • Facilitate steering committees, program reviews, governance forums, and key decision-making sessions.
  • Maintain program reporting, executive dashboards, risk registers, issue logs, and action tracking.
  • Ensure programs comply with project management standards, governance frameworks, and approval requirements.

Demand & Change Management

  • Manage the intake, review, prioritization, and approval of enhancement and change requests.
  • Partner with business process owners, solution architects, and delivery teams to assess business value and implementation feasibility.
  • Support portfolio prioritization based on strategic objectives, resource capacity, dependencies, and budget considerations.
  • Ensure governance decisions, actions, and outcomes are documented and communicated effectively.

Financial Management

  • Develop and maintain program budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking processes.
  • Monitor expenditures, vendor invoices, software licensing costs, and resource utilization.
  • Prepare financial reports, budget submissions, and variance analyses for leadership review.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize costs while ensuring alignment with approved funding.

Vendor & Partner Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, system integrators, and software vendors.
  • Support contract reviews, statements of work, procurement activities, and commercial negotiations.
  • Track vendor commitments, project deliverables, proposals, estimates, and quotations.
  • Escalate commercial or delivery-related risks and issues when leadership support is required.

Delivery Coordination & Resource Planning

  • Coordinate delivery plans across internal technology teams and external partners.
  • Monitor demand pipelines, resource capacity, release schedules, and project dependencies.
  • Help teams proactively manage testing requirements, risks, and cross-functional impacts.
  • Support roadmap planning and prioritization when demand exceeds available capacity.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Develop trusted relationships with business leaders, technology teams, consulting partners, and project stakeholders.
  • Communicate program status, risks, decisions, and recommendations in a clear and executive-ready manner.
  • Facilitate cross-functional discussions that drive alignment, accountability, and timely decision-making.
  • Ensure governance outcomes, meeting actions, and key updates are communicated effectively.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience leading information technology programs, projects, or project management office functions.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting large-scale enterprise resource planning transformation programs.
  • Experience managing significant program budgets, forecasting, and financial controls.
  • Strong knowledge of program governance, portfolio management, demand management, change control, and financial management practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex initiatives in a global and matrixed environment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.

 

What sets you apart

  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Experience delivering SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
  • Knowledge of SAP governance, release planning, solution review, and change request processes.
  • Experience working with global consulting firms or system integration partners.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and executive reporting.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Ability to balance governance discipline with delivery agility.
  • Experience driving successful outcomes through collaboration, influence, and strategic thinking.
