Lead Generation & GoHighLevel Specialist

VirtueStaff is seeking a technical, data-driven Lead Generation & GoHighLevel Specialist to fuel our outbound sales engine and optimize our tracking infrastructure. In this role, you will take ownership of building targeted B2B prospect lists through web scraping and data mining tools. Beyond gathering data, you will serve as our GoHighLevel (GHL) expert—configuring custom pipelines, tracking tags, automations, and reporting dashboards. As needed, you will also engage directly with prospects to perform initial qualifications and ensure warm leads move smoothly through our conversion funnels.

Responsibilities

• Identify, extract, clean, and build high-quality B2B lead lists from various online databases, directories, and web sources
• Configure and optimize GoHighLevel (GHL) to meet custom tracking, pipeline mapping, contact tagging, and campaign attribution needs
• Reach out to prospective leads via phone, email, or direct messaging to conduct initial screening calls and qualify them against target criteria
• Build GHL workflow triggers, webhooks, and automated sequences to ensure newly scraped lead lists seamlessly enter the sales pipeline
• Continuously audit contact lists, clean data sets, and maintain reporting dashboards to monitor outreach performance and lead velocity

• Advanced, deep-level expertise inside GoHighLevel (GHL) specifically regarding pipeline setup, tracking architecture, custom fields, and workflow automations
• Proven ability to use modern web scraping platforms, browser extensions, or data extraction software to mine targeted contact lists
• Proven background in B2B lead generation, data mining, and list segmentation strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to reach out to prospects and qualify business opportunities
• Razor-sharp attention to detail when validating emails, cleaning scraped contact fields, and setting up system tracking parameters
