SAP BDC / Datasphere   Analytics Consultant

Job Overview

We are looking for an SAP BDC / Datasphere Consultant with expertise in SAP data and analytics platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), SAP Datasphere,   

This role will focus on building analytics solutions and delivering enterprise reporting platforms that support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Modeling & Architecture: Design enterprise data models, spaces, data flows, and virtualization layers within SAP Datasphere and SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).
• Integration & Ingestion: Ingest and harmonize data from diverse sources, including SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BW/4HANA, and non-SAP cloud data platforms or third-party tools like Databricks.
• Analytics & Reporting: Partner with users to develop robust analytical models, interactive dashboards, and enterprise reports using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

Required Technical Skills

• SAP data warehousing/analytics, with verifiable hands-on experience in SAP Datasphere and SAP BDC (including at least one full lifecycle implementation).
• Strong background in SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA Cloud, SQL, ETL/ELT pipelines, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA data structures, SAP Cloud Connector, and BTP administration
• Strong exposure to Native HANA modelling and complex View building.
• Soft skills- client-facing communication skills, and stakeholder management abilities and flexibility to work from Bangalore regular shift 2.30 PM to 11.30 PM IST with occasional On call support hours if required.
