The team has designed over 900 kms of viaduct & Bridges along with 43 kms of tunnels and 82 underground stations, 345 Elevated & at-grade Stations, 19 Depots besides 300 plus stations being designed currently. The team has also completed 3,165 km of highways detail design projects and 22,506 km of design/ feasibility projects. The team has also worked on detailed design for Drainage and Utilities, design of WTP and STP etc.

We are seeking applications for the position of Lead Data Center (DC) Architect for Data Centre in Gujarat.

Missions/Main Duties

• Lead the architectural design and planning of Data Center and Mission Critical Infrastructure projects.
• Develop concept designs, master plans, schematic designs, detailed architectural drawings, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, ICT, security, and specialized engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of architectural solutions.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, sustainability guidelines, and industry standards.
• Participate in client meetings, technical workshops, design reviews, and stakeholder consultations.
• Review and approve architectural deliverables prepared by project teams.
• Conduct site assessments and provide design recommendations based on operational and technical requirements.
• Support value engineering initiatives to optimize project cost, performance, and functionality.
• Assist in tender documentation, bid evaluation, and construction-stage architectural support.
• Ensure architectural designs address scalability, reliability, safety, security, and maintainability requirements of mission-critical facilities.

Profile/Skills

Candidates must possess any one of the following:

• Bachelor of Architecture (Council of Architecture); OR
• Master of Architecture (M. Arch.) in Conservation, Urban, Sustainable, or Industrial Buildings.
• Minimum 10 years of overall professional experience in architectural design and planning.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in architectural design of:
  • Data Centers,
  • Mission Critical Infrastructure,
  • Containment Facilities,
  • Semiconductor Manufacturing Facilities, and/or
  • Electronics Assembly, Integration & Testing (AIT) Facilities.
• Experience in leading multidisciplinary design coordination activities.
• Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure or mission-critical facility projects.
