Key Responsibilities
· Partner with business stakeholders to define analytical, reporting, and dashboard requirements.
· Analyse large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, risks, and business opportunities.
· Design and develop interactive QlikView dashboards, scorecards, and reports that support strategic and operational decision-making.
· Support high-priority initiatives, including dashboard redesign, modernization, and advanced analytical work.
· Translate business questions into actionable, data-driven insights and recommendations.
· Define, monitor, and improve KPIs and business metrics.
· Perform root-cause analysis, data validation, and reconciliation to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.
· Prepare ad hoc analyses and executive-level presentations to support business decisions.
· Collaborate with business, technology, and offshore teams to deliver analytical solutions on schedule.
· Participate in requirements workshops, solution-design discussions, effort estimation, and prioritization activities.
· Identify opportunities for reporting automation, process improvement, and enhanced data visualization.
· Maintain documentation for business rules, metric definitions, data lineage, and reporting solutions.
