Lead Consultant(Product/Domain)

Job Summary

Crop Insurance Domain Consultant responsible for bridging business and technology teams throughout the Data Modernization program. Provide expertise across crop insurance policy administration, underwriting, claims, billing, acreage reporting, premium calculations, indemnity processing, and regulatory compliance. Lead business process analysis, data validation, and requirements definition to ensure the target Lakehouse platform aligns with operational and reporting needs. Work with architects, Guidewire specialists, and engineering teams to define business rules, canonical data models, KPIs, and governance requirements. Support user adoption, testing, reporting modernization, and creation of a trusted enterprise-wide Single Source of Truth.

Key Responsibilities

Provide crop insurance subject matter expertise for policy, claims, billing, reporting, and underwriting processes. Define business requirements, data definitions, KPIs, and reporting expectations for modernization initiatives. Validate source-to-target mappings, transformation rules, and reconciliation results to ensure business accuracy. Collaborate with Guidewire, CIMax/DB2, and Databricks teams to establish canonical data models and trusted datasets. Support regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and operational reporting needs. Conduct impact assessments, gap analysis, user workshops, and stakeholder reviews. Participate in SIT, UAT, production readiness, and hypercare activities while ensuring business processes are accurately reflected in the target analytics platform.
