Lead Consultant(Product/Domain)

Job Summary

To develop and deliver detailed solutions/product as per the requirements of the client within defined parameters of time and quality.

JD for SAP FI CO

• 8+ years’ experience in SAP FI and CO Support/Implementations across various SAP ECC, R/3, S4 HANA with CFIN expertise.
• Experience in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), FSCM, Cost and Profit Center Accounting (CPA) and Internal Orders
• Experience in FSCM ,CFIN and replication process
• Experience in understanding on FICO integration with SAP modules MM and SD
• Good understanding of  SAP and common interfaces/middleware like CONCUR, Tangoe, ARIBA, Readsoft, AGORA, TRAX, Vertex etc
• Understanding on SAP Best Practices, NOTES and have knowledge in multiple modules, their integrations & technologies
• Needs to have experience in production support projects based on ITIL Methodology Must be capable of functioning with only limited oversight
• Ability to facilitate workshops and to identify business requirements Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline Proactively propose alternate solutions to the customer as and when needed Excellent Oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and personal skills to successfully communicate with internal and external customers Strong listening skills and solution orientated approach Work effectively in multiple time zones with global teams Strong Analytical and Problem solving skills
• Support for Incidents and requests Problem Management Tasks Master Data Changes Incident Management, ticket-based dealing with operational problems Process monitoring, management of job monitoring Performs Service level management by managing timely resolution of issues, incidents and Changes
• Strong verbal and written communications skills and the ability to work effectively internally and externally Experience working with On-site & Off-shore teams

2. To perform qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client-specific solutions
3. To coordinate with Internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective deliver of client specific solution
4. To design,structure and deliver reports and presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience
5. To cultivate successful customer relationships
