Job Summary
About the Role
Lead SAP Fiori and UX initiatives for SAP S/4HANA programs in the steel industry, supporting Greenfield and Brownfield transformations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Fiori app implementation, SAPUI5 support, launchpad configuration, catalogs/groups/spaces management, UX strategy, user adoption, testing, cutover and hypercare support. Collaborate with Basis, Security, Functional and Business teams.
Required Experience
6–8 years of SAP experience with at least 3 years in SAP Fiori/UI5. Experience in Greenfield and Brownfield SAP S/4HANA implementations and rollouts.
Technical Skills
SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, Launchpad, OData services, Gateway, Fiori Elements, CDS views, Fiori security concepts, transports, and integration with S/4HANA modules.
SAP Functional Exposure
MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, EWM, FI and CO processes.
Steel Industry Knowledge
Procurement, production planning, plant maintenance, quality, warehouse, logistics and sales processes across steel manufacturing operations.
Leadership Competencies
Stakeholder management, team leadership, estimation, planning, risk management and communication skills.
Preferred Certifications
SAP Fiori Application Developer, SAP UX/Fiori Certifications, SAP S/4HANA certifications.
