The ideal candidate will lead civil engineering design efforts, mentor junior designers, and provide technical solutions using advanced 2D and 3D CAD knowledge. In this role, you will take ownership of design quality and accuracy, ensuring compliance with project standards and client requirements. You will work closely with engineers and other disciplines to develop detailed construction plans and exhibits for a variety of civil projects, including site development, grading, drainage, and stormwater management. This position also involves coordinating with survey, geotechnical, and structural teams, troubleshooting design challenges, and maintaining CAD standards and templates to support efficient workflows.
