Core Responsibilities:
  • Vendor Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong partnerships with external sourcing vendors and third-party agencies
    • Act as the primary point of contact for all vendor-related communications and escalations
    • Conduct regular business reviews to ensure alignment with hiring priorities and targets
  • Sourcing Channel Management & Applicant Generation
    • Manage vendor channels to drive consistent applicant volume and quality pipelines
    • Set and monitor applicant footfall targets per vendor aligned with hiring demand
    • Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure vendor-sourced candidates meet role requirements
    • Optimize sourcing strategies across vendors to improve conversion from application to hire

The Vendor Manager is responsible for driving strategic partnerships with third-party sourcing vendors to support recruitment objectives. This role ensures effective vendor performance management, contract governance, and operational efficiency while directly contributing to applicant pipeline generation and footfall targets. The position plays a critical role in aligning vendor capabilities with hiring demands, optimizing sourcing channels, and ensuring consistent delivery of qualified candidates.
