§Handle escalated HR cases, employee inquiries, and SLA management.
§Manage unemployment administration, employment verifications, and payroll support activities
Education Requirements: Graduate/ Postgraduate in HR & Business Admin
Work Experience Requirements: 5–7 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or Employee Lifecycle Management
