Our Consumer Goods Division is dedicated to helping brands, retailers and manufacturers worldwide deliver safe, quality and ethically made products to their consumers. Job Description

What you will do: 

• Assist in preparing and coordinating laboratory reports based on testing results and customer requirements.
• Support the review of reports for basic accuracy and completeness before sending to customers.
• Work with laboratory and internal teams to follow up on report status and revisions.
• Assist with updating project information, quotations, service requests, and related records.
• Support customer communication by providing basic project updates and responding to routine inquiries.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has: 

• Bachelor's degree or undergraduate in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or other related Science disciplines.
• Good English and Vietnamese communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with Laboratory-works and reports.
• Able to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Positive, willing to learn, and able to work independently and in a team.
