About the role
The RUN team is responsible for maintaining the operational and security conditions (MCO/MCS) of cybersecurity solutions deployed across more than 220 industrial sites worldwide for our customer. Our mission is to ensure continuous, reliable, and secure service delivery in accordance with established SLAs.
Interlock and Collaboration
- Daily collaboration with Level 3 engineers and the team manager.
- Interface with Level 1 support, deployment teams, and cyber operations based in France.
- Coordination with the customer’s incident and change management stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor IT and security systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Analyze and resolve incidents escalated from Level 1 support, handling moderate complexity issues.
- Execute changes on managed technologies in accordance with change management procedures.
- Update and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
- Participate in preventive maintenance activities and system updates.
- Collaborate with Level 3 engineers on complex investigations and remediation actions.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and the customer in both English and French (B2 level).
About you
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in IT/security operations or system administration.
