Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Organization Development (L&OD) Manager to lead training, organizational development, talent management and employee engagement initiatives across SGS Vietnam. This role plays a key part in developing people capabilities, strengthening organizational effectiveness, and fostering a high-performance culture aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of training, learning & development, and employee engagement initiatives across the organization.
• Identify organizational training needs through competency assessments, career development pathways and business strategy alignment.
• Design and implement orientation programs, annual training plans, leadership development initiatives and talent succession programs.
• Manage internal and external training resources, including vendors and subject matter experts, to ensure effective and cost-efficient learning delivery.
• Drive employee engagement, organizational development and sustainability initiatives to enhance employee experience and retention.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of competency frameworks, performance management and succession planning processes.
• Lead internal communications initiatives and ensure effective communication practices across the organization.
• Maintain and optimize organizational structure and development programs in alignment with local and regional objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Management, Organization Development or related HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of training needs analysis, competency development, succession planning and performance management.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational, planning and project management capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and communication tools.
• Strategic, innovative and people-oriented mindset with a passion for developing talent and organizational capability.
