In Olst zijn wij binnen de afdeling Steriele productie verantwoordelijk voor het afvullen en verpakken van wereldwijd gedistribueerde commerciële farmaceutische producten. In dit enorm gedreven, gemotiveerd en enthousiaste team zijn wij opzoek naar een kwaliteitscontroleur!


Wat ga je doen als Kwaliteitscontroleur steriel vullen?

 

De kwaliteitscontroleur bij afdeling steriel vullen is verantwoordelijk voor de “in proces controles” (IPC) (visueel keuren) tijdens productie van griepvaccin Influvac en Steriele CMO producten. Daarbij hou je rekening met lokale afdelings procedures en veiligheidsvoorschriften. Tevens beschik je over gezonde ogen en heb je affiniteit met precisiewerk.

 

Wat zijn je taken en verantwoordelijkheden als cleanroom operator – Steriel vullen?

 

  • Visueel keuren van verschillende injectiespuiten
  • Productie problemen escaleren naar de team leider
  • Naleven van (GMP) richtlijnen
  • Systematisch bijhouden van productie data (OEE, DMS overdrachten)
  • Assisteren bij de verschillende vullijnen

 

Wat voor kennis en ervaring neem je mee?

 

  • Een MBO 1 opleiding en/of minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in de pharma.
  • Beschikken over goede Nederlandse spreek- en schrijfvaardigheid;
