- Du bearbeitest telefonische und schriftliche Kundenanfragen.
- Du dokumentierst die Anfragen in entsprechenden Systemen.
- Du bist für die Abwicklung und Vermittlung von Pannenfällen zuständig.
Qualifikationen
- Arbeitsweise: dienstleistungs- und lösungsorientiert, gewissenhaft und strukturiert
- Erfahrungen und Know-How: Guter Umgang mit dem PC, Freude am Telefonieren
- Persönlichkeit: kommunikationsstark und verantwortungsbewusst
- Flexibilität: 24/7
- Sprachen: Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
