Verantwortlichkeiten
- Fachgemäße Zubereitung von Speisen und Buffets jeglicher Art sowie Kontrolle der eigenen Arbeitsergebnisse
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Menüs und Speiseplänen
- Sicherstellung des fachgerechten Umgangs mit Lebensmitteln und Arbeitsgeräten sowie Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften
- Mitverantwortung für die korrekte und ordnungsgemäße Lagerung von Lebensmitteln und Waren
- Anleitung von Küchenhilfen und neuen Mitarbeitern
Anforderungen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene 3-jährige Ausbildung zum Koch mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
- Kreativität in der Zubereitung und Bereitstellung von Speisen
- Einschlägige Kenntnisse der Hygieneverordnung wie auch im Qualitätsmanagement
- Von Motivation und Einsatzfreude geprägte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
