About this role
What You Can Expect:
- Du übernimmst und erledigst alle Angelegenheiten der Schiffe und der Ladung bei Ankunft / Abfahrt gegenüber den Hafenbehörden, Ämtern oder dem Zoll.
- Des Weiteren planst und organisierst Du den jeweiligen Hafenanlauf an den Seehäfen unserer Seaport-Gruppe in Nordenham und anderen Hafenplätzen.
- Die Kommunikation mit Kapitänen, Reedern, Charterern sowie allen weiteren Beteiligten meisterst Du souverän.
- Dabei kommunizierst Du gekonnt mit Geschäftspartnern und Kunden auf Deutsch und Englisch.
- Schlussendlich prüfst Du die ein- und ausgehenden Rechnungen und bearbeitest die Hafenkostenanforderungen und -abrechnungen.
What You Bring:
- Deine Basis bildet idealerweise eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung in der Schifffahrt und ein Führerschein der Klasse B oder der Klasse 3.
- Außerdem hast Du Interesse an abwechslungsreichen Einsätzen und beherrscht Deutsch und Englischen Wort und Schrift.
- Weiterhin bist Du vertraut mit den üblichen MS-Office-Anwendungen.
- Arbeitsteilung, Teamgeist und kollegiale Unterstützung sind für Dich wichtig.
- Organisationvermögen und Zuverlässigkeit liegt Dir besonders gut.
- Du magst es mit Menschen zusammenzuarbeiten und punktest stets mit einem offenen Auftreten.
