About this role
We are looking for a Kindergarten English Teacher for an International School in Xiamen. This position is available from the upcoming 2026-27 academic year in August 2026.

Job responsibilities
Together with teaching assistants, support the children in their learning‐journey from Monday to Friday. During this time, you will:
- Teach daily class activities to kindergarten students aged 3-6 as assigned by the school, creating an English learning environment
- Lesson planning, daily classroom management and classroom activities organization
- Utilize games, music, books, art, technology and other resources to teach basic skills and foster children development
- Collaborate with other teachers, instructors, and staff members to create an optimal learning care environment, and an appropriate classroom environment that is conducive to learning.
- Help children meet educational milestones through personalized instruction and assess each child’s performance and progress on regular basis
- Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education or related
- Excellent English communication skills
- 2 years of experience in IB EYFS or a comparable early childhood education framework
- Monthly salary range of 25,000 to 27,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
- Housing Allowance 4500-5000RMB
