Für unseren Store auf Sylt suchen wir ab sofort einen Key Holder / Sales Assistant (w/m/d) – in Voll- oder Teilzeit (20 - 40Std.).
DEINE ROLLE IM TEAM
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die Eröffnung und Schließung des Stores
- Gemeinsam mit deinem Team ermöglichst du GUESS Kund:innen ein einmaliges Shopping-Erlebnis
- Aktive Unterstützung deines Teams auf der Verkaufsfläche und Erreichung der Verkaufsziele
- Umsetzung vielfältiger verkaufsfördernder Maßnahmen und Visual-Merchandising-Standards
- Effizientes Kassen-, Lager- und Flächenmanagement
DEINE QUALIFIKATIONEN
- Berufserfahrung als Key Holder oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Ausgeprägtes Verkaufstalent mit Fokus auf Kundenservice
- Leidenschaft für Fashion und Trends
- Hervorragende Teamorientierung
- Exzellente Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten

Das Einstiegsgehalt bei Vollzeit beträgt 2.410,00€ brutto pro Monat. Je nach Qualifikation und einschlägiger Berufserfahrung ist eine höhere Einstufung möglich.
