Key Account Manager Operations
About this role
JOB TITLE: KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - OPERATIONS
Job Summary
Reporting to the Business Manager, the role supports recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, performance management, and leave management of Key Accounts
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration & Compliance
· Consolidate, track, and report on staff annual leave.
· Ensure proper filing and retrieval of project documents.
· Prepare and share monthly project analysis reports.
· Maintain legal compliance of statutory requirements
· Requisition staff IDs and project materials upon approval.
Onboarding & Employee Relations
· Support new staff onboarding, induction, and orientation.
· Foster positive employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and guiding conflict resolution.
· Raise disciplinary issues and follow up for closure per employment law and company policy.
Training & Performance Management
· Coordinate learning and development
programs
· Develop and maintain a performance management system (goal setting, reviews, feedback).
· Ensure all staff have job descriptions and role-specific KPIs; prepare appraisal schedules.
· Provide training on company policies and procedures.
Recruitment
· Identify project recruitment needs and support in the recruitment process
· Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process
including job adverts, shortlisting, interview scheduling and reference checks
Policy
Implementation and Compliance:
· Support the implementation and communication of HR
policies, procedures and guidelines. Participate in HR audits and compliance
reviews, monitor policy adherence and recommend corrective actions where
necessary. Support Environmental, Health and Safety workplace initiatives.

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
· Diploma in Human Resource Management or any business-related field
· At least 1 year of generalist HR experience
· HR professional membership an added advantage
· Excellent planning, organization, interpersonal,
problem-solving, and decision-making skills
· Microsoft proficiency
· Tact, swiftness, and attention to detail a MUST
· Expert knowledge of South Sudan labor laws;
