Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver sales growth across high-priority accounts through effective account planning and execution.
  • Develop and implement tailored account strategies aligned to both NHS and Ipsen priorities.

  • Utilise customer insights and business analytics to prioritise opportunities and maximise territory performance.
  • Drive engagement through face-to-face, virtual and digital channels.
  • Maintain a high level of therapeutic and product expertise to support scientific and clinical discussions.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in line with the ABPI Code of Practice and company standards.

About You

Essential Requirements

  • Proven success in pharmaceutical sales, key account management or a similar commercial healthcare role.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence multiple stakeholders and drive change within healthcare organisations.
  • Strong commercial acumen, strategic planning and business analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication, listening and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • A customer and patient-centric mindset.
  • Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong understanding of the UK healthcare environment.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the territory.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience within Neuroscience or a specialist therapy area.
  • Minimum of five years' pharmaceutical sales and/or marketing experience.
  • Experience working with NHS stakeholders and healthcare systems.
  • ABPI qualification.

What You'll Bring

  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach to complex challenges.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to identify new opportunities.
  • Resilience, accountability and a strong desire to succeed.
  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a changing environment.
