Job Description

ABOUT YOUR ROLE :You will be responsible for sales and account management for existing customers and develop new customers to achieve budgeted sales and profit contribution. You will report to the Sales Manager and will be based in Kajang.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Grow the business by managing existing accounts and identifying new potential customers.,
• Promote the use of products to new and existing customers through the application of selling skills and building relationships with all levels within the target customers. 
• Understand our Product Portfolio and Sales Process.
• Solving technical issues with close coordination with the Quality Assurance & Technical Support Team.
• Manage market intelligence and monitor market trends in the region.
• Actively involved in timely collections from the customers
• Prepare regular reports, both for Internal and Customers like Sales Forecast, Customers’ Sales Forecast, Competitor Activity, Pricing Movements, Customer Complaints etc.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development roles.
• Experience in the Packaging, Chemicals, Ink, Labels, Digital Printing, Die Cutting, or Manufacturing industries is preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and sales tracking tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends, competitor activity, and sales data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across all organisational levels.
• Proven track record in account management and the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the region to meet customer requirements.
• Ability to demonstrate scalability and perform effectively under increased or expanding responsibilities.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
