Key Account Intern (6 Months)

The LUXASIA Internship Programme is designed for those who are currently pursuing a Degree or Master's degree to gain experience and exposure working in a Beauty Luxury Lifestyle company that continuously creates remarkable digital consumer experiences and lifestyle solutions for our Consumers. This can be accomplished through implementing digitization, diving into customer analytics, designing a digital marketing strategy, or solving financial management issues.

Responsibilities

• Support Key Account Managers in the day-to-day management of key retail accounts.  
• Assist in preparing sales reports, business reviews, and performance analysis.  
• Monitor sales performance, stock availability, and replenishment to ensure healthy inventory levels.  
• Coordinate promotional activities, product launches, and in-store campaigns with internal and external stakeholders.  
• Assist in preparing listing forms, price files, promotional submissions, and other commercial documentation.  
• Track promotion timelines and ensure all deliverables are submitted on schedule.  
• Work closely with Supply Chain, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Finance, and Brand teams to ensure seamless execution.  
• Support store-related requests, including merchandising updates, display implementation, and issue resolution.  
• Consolidate and analyze sales data to identify trends and business opportunities.  
• Prepare presentation materials for customer meetings and internal business reviews.  
• Perform administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned. 

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.  
• Comfortable working with numbers and large datasets.  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.  
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.  
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.  
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive mindset.
