Key Accounts Ecosystem – Job Description
Role Purpose:Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and account activation through the Aditya Birla Group (ABG) ecosystem by designing campaigns, generating qualified leads, converting prospects into trading and demat accounts, and enhancing customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute acquisition campaigns across the ABG ecosystem in Mumbai.
- Drive lead generation initiatives to build a strong prospect pipeline.
- Convert leads into ABML Trading and Demat account openings.
- Engage with prospects and customers to improve account activation and trading/investment participation.
- Collaborate with internal ABG entities and stakeholders to maximize ecosystem opportunities.
- Track campaign effectiveness, lead conversion, and activation metrics through regular MIS and reporting.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer acquisition, activation, and engagement outcomes.
