Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join our KONE Business Services (KBS) center in Bratislava. In this role, you will lead a team of professionals responsible for providing critical administrative support to our customer and service teams. Your team will be responsible for managing document-related requests concerning KONE subcontractors, while ensuring operational excellence and a high standard of service delivery to stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team, fostering a culture of collaboration, high performance, and LEAN thinking.

• Drive daily operational performance to ensure team efficiency, maintain high-quality standards, and deliver customer-focused service aligned with established KPIs and SLAs

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, aligning priorities and enabling smooth collaboration.

• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance processes using Lean methodologies to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.

• Apply LEAN UX principles to improve service workflows, prioritizing customer-centric solutions and quick iterations.

• Provide expertise and hands-on assistance with operational tasks and major projects as needed.

• Promote a mindset of continuous improvement, encouraging feedback loops, and data-driven decision-making.

Who We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or team management role, preferably in a shared services or international corporate environment.

• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Italian language is an advantage.

• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise systems is highly desirable.

• A collaborative and proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

• Experience in applying LEAN principles or LEAN UX is a plus.

Salary

From 2.300 EUR/month; Our final offer will be based on your experience and qualifications.
