  • Sendungserfassung sowie Auftragsabwicklung
  • Annahme und Bearbeitung von Sendungen
  • Abfertigung und Sendungserfassung
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden und Partnern zu Sendungsereignissen
  • Bearbeitung von Sendungsreklamationen
  • Tracking von Sendungen

Über Dich

  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice vorzugsweise im Bereich Spedition / Logistik
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Transport Management Systemen
  • Strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise
  • Ein sicheres und verbindliches Kommunikationsverhalten gegenüber Kunden und Partnern
  • Gute MS Office Kenntnisse
