Job Description


You will be joining our Global People / Talent Acquisition and Employer branding team. We are covering mainly recruitment for local offices, but you can expect cooperation on global projects as well.Ā Ā 

Ā 
Your responsibilities :Ā Ā 

  • Sourcing and actively approaching talents in internal and external databases, job boards and social mediaĀ 
  • Building and engaging a network and pipeline of professional contactsĀ 
  • Conducting cold calls and pre-screen interviews with the candidatesĀ 
  • Supporting recruitment process (job description, advertising, interviewing, arranging process)Ā 
  • Coordinating candidates during recruitment processesĀ Ā 
  • Administrating candidatesā€™ data in ATSĀ 
  • Supporting senior colleaguesĀ
