JUNIOR SPECIALIST FINANCE IN FUEL ACCOUNTS PAYABLE TEAM
Type of Employment: Temporary position for 1.5 years with the possibility of extension
Location: Riga, Latvia
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Process supplier invoices.
- Take part in month end closing processes according to the reporting schedule.
- Respond to supplier inquiries and collaborate with internal teams.
- Support the maintenance and improvement of process documentation, procedures, and work instructions.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics ( students are also encouraged to apply).
- Good MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.
- Fluency in English (to communicate with colleagues across Europe) and Latvian, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, organizational skills, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and a strong team-player attitude.
- Previous accounting experience will be considered an advantage.
