Join PwC’s Technology team as a Junior Oracle ERP Functional Consultant and help turn business needs into practical, technology-enabled solutions. You will work alongside colleagues with diverse skills and perspectives in a collaborative environment where you can learn, contribute, and build your career.

In this role, you will work closely with experienced colleagues and gain hands-on experience in ERP implementation, business process analysis, and end-user support. You will help understand client requirements and translate them into practical Oracle ERP solutions that support efficient operations and improved processes. As your experience grows, you will have opportunities to take on broader responsibilities and continue developing your technical, consulting and leadership capabilities.

Your Mission

At PwC, you will be supported to shape a career that reflects your strengths and aspirations.  Working under the guidance of experienced colleagues, your responsibilities will include:

Client engagement activities

  • Play an active part in client training sessions and workshops, contributing alongside senior consultants as you build your own client-facing presence and confidence.

  • Take part in requirements-gathering sessions, engaging directly with clients and senior colleagues to understand how business needs are captured and translated into solutions.

  • Partner with client teams on knowledge checks and follow-up guidance, helping them adopt the new system while sharpening your own advisory skills.

Solution delivery activities

  • Take a hands-on role in preparing and maintaining project documentation, including fit-gap analyses, training schedules, and technical and functional documentation.

  • Carry out system configuration and implementation tasks with the guidance of senior consultants.

  • Prepare, validate and upload data as part of data migration activities, and build reports to support client requirements.

  • Provide day-to-day support services, troubleshoot issues and respond to client questions for live projects.

  • Contribute to task prioritisation with the project team, learning how client needs, dependencies and delivery timelines shape the work.

About You

You may be a good fit for this role if you bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field may be beneficial; equivalent practical experience, training or certifications are also valued.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are crucial for identifying business requirements, analysing data, and designing effective ERP solutions

  • A willingness to learn new technologies, adapt to changing requirements, and stay updated with the latest ERP trends

  • The ability to communicate clearly in writing and conversation, adapting your approach when gathering requirements, working with clients, and documenting processes.

  • Ability to convey technical information in a clear and concise manner

  • Ability to prepare, deliver presentations and product demos to key decision makers and end-users

  • Ability to identify and resolve issues, whether they are related to software configurations, data integration, or user support

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • The ability to communicate in Maltese would be beneficial for some client interactions but is not essential for the role.

We value potential as well as experience. If you are interested in the role but do not meet every preferred criterion, we encourage you to apply and tell us about the skills and perspectives you would bring.

Beneficial to have:

  • Experience supporting or implementing an ERP system, or familiarity with platforms such as Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP or Microsoft Dynamics.

  • Understanding of ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain Management and Human Resources

  • An accountancy background
