Junior-Level Administrative & Program Support Specialist
About this role
We are seeking a Junior-Level Administrative & Program Support Specialist to provide general administrative and operational support to the Security Programs and Analysis Division (SPAD) within a federal law enforcement environment. The Junior-Level Specialist will work alongside federal government personnel and contractor staff to support day-to-day office operations, document and data management, meetings, personnel activities, and other administrative requirements.
Administrative and Office Support:
• Provide general administrative support to federal government staff.
• Assist with day-to-day office operations and logistics.
• Track office supplies, equipment, and other resources.
• Assist with supply distribution and equipment management.
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical files and records.
• Update internal trackers, spreadsheets, and administrative databases.
• Assist with routine records management and audit-related activities.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
• Enter, update, and maintain information in spreadsheets and tracking tools.
• Review documents for quality controls
• Assist with preparation of basic reports, tables, charts, and summaries.
• Upload, organize, and maintain documents within SharePoint.
• Learn additional SharePoint functionality and processes as required.
• Assist with travel-related administrative activities as assigned.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Maintain personnel tracking information.
• Assist with equipment, access, and administrative requirements associated with onboarding and offboarding.
• Support preparation and formatting of presentations, briefings, reports, and other documents.
• Assist with basic graphic design and document formatting as needed.
• Support meeting facilitation and project-based activities.

Qualifications
• Experience:
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in administrative, office support, customer service, business support, or a related field.
• Experience working in a professional office environment is preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
