Junior IT Sales Engineer - Saudi National - Madinah, KSA

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially minded Junior IT Sales Engineer to join our team. This opportunity is suitable for a fresh graduate who has a technical background, strong communication skills, and an interest in building a career in IT sales.

The successful candidate will receive guidance and training to understand our technology solutions, identify customer needs, support sales opportunities, and communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and understand the company’s IT solutions, services, and value propositions.
• Support the sales team in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
• Research potential clients, markets, and relevant decision-makers.
• Contact prospective customers through email, LinkedIn, telephone, and other approved channels.
• Attend client meetings to understand business and technical requirements.
• Explain IT solutions clearly to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing presentations, quotations, technical proposals, and commercial offers.
• Support responses to RFPs, RFQs, and customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with technical teams to develop solutions that meet client requirements.
• Work with vendors and technology partners to collect product information, specifications, and pricing.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, meetings, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients under the guidance of the sales manager.
• Support the handover of signed opportunities to technical and delivery teams.
• Develop knowledge of market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
• Work toward agreed activity, pipeline, and sales targets.

Qualifications

• Saudi national.
• Based in Madinah or willing to work there
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Communications Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• Fresh graduate or up to one year of experience.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, or software solutions.
• Strong interest in technology, sales, and customer engagement.
• Ability to understand technical information and explain it in simple language.
• Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in communicating with customers and different stakeholders.
• Good research, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Very good written and spoken English.
• Ability and willingness to learn quickly.
• Willingness to attend client meetings and travel when required.
