A DAY IN THE LIFE OF

We are currently offering a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic, AI-savvy creative talent to join our high-performing marketing team. If you are passionate about design, eager to leverage cutting-edge AI visual tools to elevate efficiency, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Reporting directly to the Graphic Design Lead, you will be responsible for executing high-quality visual content across print and digital marketing channels, leveraging modern design systems and AI-assisted workflows to deliver impactful artwork at scale.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Design Execution & Production

  • Handle regular design requests  across all The Flexi Group markets and execute adhoc marketing assignments in a timely manner. 
  • Create, format, and adapt digital and print assets across channels, including social media artwork, email templates, landing page graphics, web banners, app visuals, flyers, signage, and event collateral.
  • Apply and maintain existing brand guidelines, color palettes, typography rules, and design systems consistently across all assigned deliverables for all sub-brands.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize user-friendly design templates in Canva and Google Workspace tools (Google Slides, Google Docs, Google Sheets) that allow non-designer team members across regions to generate on-brand assets quickly and accurately.
  • Prepare print-ready files (CMYK, bleed, trim lines) and production-ready digital assets (PNG, SVG, web-optimized JPEG) accurately.

AI Integration & Efficiency Focus

  • Actively integrate modern AI visual tools (e.g. Canva AI, Magnific.ai) into daily design workflows for image generation, mood boarding, background expansion, and asset optimization to drastically increase output and efficiency.
  • Embrace new generative AI design technologies and participate in team training to continuously optimize creative workflows.

Collaboration & Growth

  • Work closely with cross-functional marketing and events teams to support project launches and campaign execution.
  • Utilize feedback and mentorship from the Graphic Design Lead and Graphic Designer to refine creative outputs, develop visual skills, and deliver work on schedule.
  • Maintain and organize the company's digital asset library to ensure easy file accessibility across teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or any other related disciplines
  • A minimum of 1+ years experience in designing posters, graphic design or related.
  • Proven capability in creating structured, easy-to-use brand templates in Canva and Google Workspace tools (Google Slides, Docs) for business teams.
  • Hands-on experience or active experimentation with generative AI tools for visual creation and design workflows (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, DALL-E, Canva AI tools).
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and collaborative digital tools such as Figma.Video editing and motion graphic skills (Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects) are a strong advantage.
  • Strong foundational understanding of layout composition, visual hierarchy, color theory, grid systems, and typography.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of digital, print, and template design work.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English. 
  • Keen eye for detail, strong time management skills, and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to take feedback constructively and work seamlessly across cross-functional teams.
