A taste of what you’ll do

As a Junior Finance Executive, you will support our Finance team with day-to-day accounting operations, reconciliations, and the maintenance of accurate financial records. Working closely with the Head of Finance and other team members, you will contribute to the smooth running of our financial processes while developing your skills in a dynamic iGaming environment.

Please note that this position is a maternity cover contract until 31 October 2027.

• Assist with daily accounting operations, ensuring financial transactions are accurately recorded.
• Support accounts payable activities, including checking invoices, obtaining the necessary approvals, and posting supplier invoices.
• Assist with supplier payments and the preparation of payment runs, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor receivables across different payment methods and report any discrepancies to senior team members.
• Assist with posting bank receipts and payments, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and supported by the appropriate documentation.
• Support basic reconciliations and help investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with ad-hoc accounting tasks and projects, including data collection and analysis.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and support the general maintenance of the accounting system.
• Work closely with the Finance team, following established accounting policies and procedures while continuously developing your knowledge and skills.

Who and what we are after? 

• Previous experience in a similar role within a Finance department.
• Experience within the iGaming industry will be considered an asset.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all tasks.
• A positive, proactive, and can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• A genuine interest in finance, the iGaming industry, and slot machine games.
