De rol
Als Junior Data Scientist werk je binnen het Marketing Intelligence team: een groep analytisch sterke collega's die data vertalen naar concrete marketingbeslissingen. Je begint met begeleiding van senior collega's en groeit stap voor stap naar meer zelfstandigheid.
Je werkt mee aan vraagstukken zoals:
- Marketing Mix Modelling;
- Attribution;
- Incrementality Testing;
- Churn en Customer Segmentation;
- Predictive Analytics.
Je rol gaat verder dan alleen modellen bouwen. Je denkt mee over AI-gedreven toepassingen, zoals tools die inzichten toegankelijk maken, handmatige processen automatiseren en de stap van data naar beslissing versnellen. We verwachten niet dat je alles al kunt, wél dat je leergierig bent en initiatief toont.
Dit breng je mee
- Afgeronde master in een kwantitatieve richting (bijvoorbeeld Econometrics, Mathematics, Statistics of Computer Science);
- Ervaring met Python;
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een nieuwsgierige houding;
- Interesse in het bouwen en implementeren van AI oplossingen (zoals LLM's, RAG of agents);
- Goede communicatievaardigheden;
- Goede beheersing van zowel Nederlands als Engels is vereist.
