Credit Control & Collection Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze customer accounts
- Communicate with clients to secure timely payments
- Resolve invoice and payment discrepancies
- Prepare insightful reports on receivables and collections
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes
- Contribute ideas to improve credit control policies
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in Credit Control or Collections (leasing or financial services is a plus!)
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems
