Junior Broker

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and interested in international logistics and customs processes? Fluke is looking for a Junior Broker to join our EMEA Distribution Center (EDC) in Eindhoven.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that international shipments move efficiently and compliantly across borders. Working closely with Warehouse Operations, Customer Service, Logistics, Customs specialists, and Compliance teams, you will support the preparation of export documentation, customs administration, and day-to-day logistics activities that enable Fluke products to reach customers throughout EMEA and beyond. 

What You'll Do

• Prepare and process export documentation, including T1, EX-A, and ATR documents.
• Support customs compliance activities and ensure shipping documentation is accurate and complete.
• Create and maintain purchase orders and administrative records.
• Process inbound and outbound shipment documentation within Oracle and customs systems.
• Welcome and support drivers arriving at the distribution center, including registration and document handling.
• Work closely with Warehouse, Customer Service, Logistics, Customs, and Compliance teams to resolve documentation and shipment issues.
• Maintain accurate records and support internal and external audits.
• Escalate customs, compliance, or documentation discrepancies when required.
• Contribute to operational performance through accurate and timely execution of customs and logistics activities. 

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or relevant administrative, technical, or logistics education.
• Experience in a warehouse, logistics, transportation, customs, or operational environment.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple functions.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle is an advantage.
• Junior Broker certification, or willingness to complete the certification, is required.

Location & Schedule

• Based at the Fluke EDC Warehouse in Eindhoven, Netherlands.
• Standard working hours: 08:00 - 16:30.
• Flexibility to support month-end activities and occasional overtime when required
