About the role
- Contribute to the effective overall performance of the Orange Business Services Global Network, while ensuring the highest level of network availability through excellent proactive/reactive network supervision, efficient troubleshooting and diagnosis of backbone network incidents and effective co-ordination with internal and external entities in order to meet and exceed our customer expectations and in line with our objectives.
- Understanding of AI/ML technologies and ability to contributeto automation initiatives
About you
Education:
- University Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification oriented in Electronics or Telecommunications.
- Formal education focused on network systems, protocols, and telecommunications technologies.
Experience:
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in large network environments, ISPs, or telecom sectors.
- Experience in network supervision, troubleshooting, and incident management within similar operational contexts.
- Experience in AI/ML technologies with exposure to automation of operational activites.
Certifications:
- Relevant Cisco certifications demonstrating expertise in network technologies and protocols.
- Relevant Juniper certifications validating proficiency in network operations and troubleshooting.
- Certifications should reflect current industry standards and support continuous professional development.
