Job Description

What You'll Do:

  • You'll conduct AML/KYC reviews and prepare investor files for various entity types, including Individuals, Companies, Trusts, Foundations, and Regulated Entities.
  • You'll ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards throughout the onboarding process.
  • You'll liaise with auditors, AIFMs, depositaries, compliance teams, and management to collect, review, and follow up on KYC documentation.
  • You'll perform screening, filing, and verification of KYC records, while managing and responding to queries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • You'll build strong client relationships, identify process improvement opportunities, and contribute to an efficient and customer-focused onboarding experience.

Qualifications

About you:

  • You hold a Bachelor's or master's degree in economics, Finance, or a related field, with recent graduation preferred.
  • You bring 0-1 year of experience in AML/KYC, compliance, or a related function, a valuable asset to your success in this role.
  • You are fluent in English, with proficiency in French or German considered an additional advantage.
  • You demonstrate self-motivation and thrive as a collaborative team player who takes ownership of your work.
