About this role

Position: Junior Account Manager

we are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Account Manager Officer to join our operation team.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships based on trust and understanding.
  • Operation support: Prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations for clients, highlighting product features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Account Administration: Generate reports on account performance, sales metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
  • Customer Support and Issue Resolution: Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and training to clients as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.

Previous experience in account management, customer service, sales support, or related roles.

Years of experience:

Fresh graduate to 2 years
