JR Training Instructor - Brasilia

The Jr. Training Instructor supports the delivery of technical, behavioral, and sales training programs for consultants and commercial agents within the telecommunications industry. 

This role is responsible for facilitating engaging learning experiences, both in-person and virtually, while helping participants develop the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in customer-facing sales roles.

Key Accountabilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in classroom and virtual environments.
• Facilitate technical, behavioral, and sales-related learning activities.
• Support participants throughout the training journey and encourage engagement.
• Track attendance and maintain training records.
• Prepare basic training reports and feedback summaries.
• Support the organization of training materials and learning resources.
• Monitor participant progress and provide guidance when needed.
• Gather feedback from learners and share improvement opportunities with leadership.
• Contribute ideas to enhance training content and delivery methods.

Candidate Profile

Experience & Capability

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Education, Technology, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
• Previous experience in training, customer service, sales, or retail environments is a plus.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Must be available to travel

Technical Strength

• Basic knowledge of learning methodologies and classroom facilitation techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with virtual meeting and videoconferencing platforms.
