About MetaGO Health

MetaGO Health runs medically supervised GLP-1 and weight-management programs in India. We combine doctors, coaches, medicine delivery and daily patient engagement in one platform. Our engineering team builds with AI agents as part of everyday work.

The role

You will ship real features from week one, using AI coding agents to move fast. A senior engineer sets the design and reviews your work. You will learn to tell good AI output from bad, and to own what you merge.

What you will do

  • Build screens and APIs for coach and doctor dashboards, admin consoles and internal tools.
  • Build medicine operations features: inventory views, order tracking, vendor and delivery status screens.
  • Support payment flows under review: payment status screens, webhook handlers, reconciliation reports.
  • Use AI coding agents to draft code, tests and docs, then read, test and fix every line before review.
  • Write clear task specs and prompts so agents produce code that fits our patterns.
  • Add tests, logging and basic monitoring to everything you ship.
  • Help with AI workflows: prompt changes, eval datasets, checking model output quality.
  • Fix bugs and support incidents with the team.

Must-haves

  • 0–2 years of experience, or a strong portfolio of shipped side projects.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript, and React or Node.js.
  • Basic SQL and how a relational database works.
  • Git, pull requests and code review basics.
  • Regular use of AI coding tools, and the habit of reading and testing what they produce.
  • Clear written English; you can explain your code and your decisions.
  • Care about privacy: you treat patient data as sensitive by default.


Nice-to-haves

  • A project that calls an LLM API in a real app.
  • Experience with a modern full-stack framework and cloud deployment.
  • Python for scripts and data work.
  • Interest in health-tech or behaviour change.
