About this role
We are looking for a motivated Jr. IT Administrator with around 1 year of experience to support our users, systems,
and IT infrastructure. The candidate should be passionate about troubleshooting, problem-solving, and learning
BIM technologies.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and Windows issues.
• Support BIM applications such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Troubleshoot software, licensing, network, and connectivity issues.
• Assist with Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, DNS, and DHCP tasks.
• Manage IT assets, software licenses, and user access.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain IT documentation and coordinate with vendors when required.
Required Skills
• Around 6 Months - 1 year of experience in IT Support / System Administration.
• Good Windows troubleshooting skills.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory and networking.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset.
• Passion for learning BIM software and technologies.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
